its not gimicky at all. Its basically everything that you post on your videos, but in a specific sequence. Its really really basic stuff. I could send you a DVD or two to review it.
she’s done videos on what she does on a weekly basis on her other more personal channel… i’m sure you can find it by typing her name in youtube, or looking at the links under more info… i think she did it pretty recently too if you wanted to check out that video
yeh same here, thought deadlift was using backs of legs. handy video though. sarah if you read this what’s your weekly workout? thanks for videos, loving diethealth!

True I can squat much more but for bicep curls I use 10-12 lbs and do 20 reps (3 sets of course) which is why we used the lighter weight. I could probably do 15 lbs actually for this.

I think this can work but first you need to start with something else you know like cardio or something , becasue you need to burn your fat before to do this, …. or what

Hi Sarah. I’ve been working out over a year now, changing rutines and controlling my sugar n food ingestion, still no matter what I do I can’t get arms, back n abs really toned n I can’t lose weight or measures. Any advice? I’m a bit frustrated
